♥IMPERFECTIONS
•Slight bead and board imperfection such as knots in the board base/markings in wood or flaws in bead shape are to be expected, as this is a handmade item from natural woods. Custom orders require the hand painting of beads, which results in a matte finish. Minimal glue exposure around the bottom of rings on board base is to be expected, as the glue is necessary to hold rings in place. Buyers will not be refunded under any circumstance for reasons pertaining to bead/wood/glue imperfections.•
The window for damaged abacus’s is 14 days upon delivery. If you for some reason receive an abacus damaged in transit, please message the shop personally for an exchange. The window for exchanges will be closed after 14 days post delivery date.
