Shipping and Return policy
Please allow 5-8 business days for the processing of your orders. Most orders will arrive within 5-8 business days from the date of order placement. During holiday seasons, manufacturing, shipping, and delivery times may be longer than usual.
Return & Refund Policy:
Within 14 calendar days of receiving the goods, the customer may send a notice to the seller regarding the return of the purchased items.
The notice must include:
• The email previously used to place the order
• Order number
• The name of the product to be returned
• A detailed explanation of the reason for the return
• Video and/or photos to confirm product defects or damages ** Video or photo material must clearly show the issue with the product
Within 5 days of receiving the notice, the seller will provide return instructions and the address for returning the goods.
